Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation is seeking a Director for the Enterprise PMO to transform project delivery into a coordinated enterprise capability. You will establish governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices aligned with strategic objectives while advising executive leadership.

Your leadership will drive discipline in planning, execution, and control, balance priorities, and foster collaboration across business and technology teams to maximize organizational value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience managing enterprise-level projects, programs, portfolios, or PMO functions.
  • PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) certification required.
  • Experience implementing project governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, multi-department initiatives at an enterprise scale.
  • Strong autonomy and stakeholder influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Enterprise PMO, creating governance, standards, and portfolio management practices.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and oversee projects with optimal resource use.
  • Develop and administer enterprise project intake, demand management, and portfolio inventory processes.
  • Maintain governance, reporting, and quality expectations across projects and initiatives.
  • Develop executive dashboards, portfolio reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
  • Promote change management and readiness activities to ensure adoption of new processes.
