CDM Smith seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. You will shape governance, data platforms, and analytics to improve predictability and profitability.

The role requires deep experience in integrated design-build/delivery methods, digital transformation, and leading geographically distributed teams. You will partner with leadership to advance cost, schedule, risk and commercial controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Mansioni

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build and delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop indicators and dashboards for portfolio performance.
• Lead modernization of controls platforms and AI-enabled forecasting.

• Collaborate with leadership across functions to improve outcomes.
