BECU is seeking a Director, Enterprise Program & Project Management to lead a team and drive portfolio strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to shape investments, manage cross‑functional work, and enable outcomes that benefit members and the organization.

You will guide delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, empower teams, and advance governance while maintaining strong connections to strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and product-oriented delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of program and project managers.
• Shape portfolio intake, governance, planning and execution practices.
• Advance lean portfolio concepts and outcome-based governance.
• Influence senior leaders on priorities, tradeoffs and investments.
• Provide executive portfolio insights and performance reporting.
• Evolve delivery practices toward simple, effective processes.
