Job summary

BECU is seeking a Director, Enterprise Program & Project Management to lead a team of PM/PMO professionals and partner with senior leaders to drive portfolio strategy and outcomes. The role interacts across Technology, Business, and Enterprise Execution to ensure alignment of priorities, investments, and delivery models.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change.
Experience in multi-delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, product-oriented).
Strong partnering with senior/executive leaders to influence decisions.

Lead and develop a team of program and project managers, including potential contractor support.
Shape portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, planning, and execution practices.
Advance lean portfolio concepts and outcome-based governance across the enterprise.
