Qualifications

• 10+ years in project portfolio management and PMO/TMO leadership.
• 5+ years in people leadership and building high-performing teams.
• Experience establishing enterprise PMO/Transformation Office.
• Ability to influence senior executives without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and evolve enterprise governance operating model.
• Lead portfolio planning and strategic resource allocation.
• Own cross-functional intake, chartering, prioritization, and stage-gate governance.
• Provide strategic insights, risk analysis, and portfolio health assessments.
• Oversee cross-functional dependencies and risk management across portfolios.
• Establish capacity, demand, and resource visibility for decision-making.
• Oversee tooling strategy, data governance, reporting standards, and roadmaps.
• Lead the PMO/TMO Community of Practice and drive capability development.
• Develop a high-performing team across PMO, program, finance, strategy and technology.
• Ensure successful execution of special projects for the Office of the CEO.
