Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• 12+ years leading large-scale PMO or program management.
• Success managing federal programs >$250M (preferred >$1B).
• Experience with integrated master schedules and enterprise controls.
• DOE/NNSA or NRC licensing environments (regulatory exposure).
• DOE-compliant EVMS mastery with Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Ability to communicate with executive and federal leadership.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DOE security clearance (Q).

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the EO PMO across governance and controls.
• Implement IMS, baselines, change control and reporting systems.
• Develop governance for initiation, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Build and maintain the EO Integrated Master Schedule.
• Coordinate schedule across engineering, operations, licensing, supply chain.
• Lead schedule risk analysis, critical-path modeling, resource planning.
• Own enterprise cost baselines and EVMS reporting.
• Oversee variance analysis, corrective actions, metrics for leadership.
• Lead IBRs, MPRs, and customer reporting cycles.
• Develop enterprise risk framework; monthly risk summits.
• Cross-functional integration with engineering, safety, quality, supply chain.
• Support licensing schedules, NRC interactions, audits.
• Mentor PMO staff; foster transparency and disciplined execution.
