Job summary

Xcel Energy seeks an Enterprise Planning Transformation Leader to drive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP EPPM across the organization. You will align enterprise planning with S/4HANA transformation objectives, modernize financial planning, and improve governance of capital, operating expenses, and workforce planning.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage SAP/SAC/EPPM integration with S/4HANA and data platforms, lead vendor relationships, and engage senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale ERP or digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading enterprise SAP implementations.
• Experience implementing SAP SAC, SAP EPPM, SAP BPC, SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large consulting/vendor partnerships and enterprise program budgets.

• Lead end-to-end SAP SAC and EPPM delivery across planning and forecasting initiatives.
