Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director of Enterprise Marketing Partnerships to drive high-impact partnerships across enterprise platforms. Hybrid work allowed in NYC or East Hanover, NJ with 15% travel.

You will manage external partner relationships and coordinate across agencies and internal teams to deliver measurable consumer and patient impact through sports, culture, advocacy, and nonprofit partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• At least five years of experience in partnership marketing, integrated marketing, or sponsorship activation.
• Two years of experience managing complex programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to develop executive summaries and enhance presentation content.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfort navigating crossfunctional teams and agency partners in a matrixed organization.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Development & Execution: Evaluate opportunities and translate strategies into plans and deliverables.
• Day-to-day Partnership Leadership: Manage relationships with select external partners.
• Navigate internal reviews (legal, medical, regulatory, privacy, brand) and lead select submissions.
• Consumer Experience & Omnichannel Activation: Support activation tied to enterprise platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee agency scopes, budgets, and performance.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor activation progress and optimize the portfolio.
