Aon seeks a Director, Enterprise Insights to lead the enterprise insights agenda across Risk Capital and Human Capital. You will synthesize research, data and market intelligence to form distinctive viewpoints and influence market conversations, connecting data with business strategy.

You will partner with senior leaders globally to shape Aon's content agenda and extend impact through search, digital channels and events, strengthening client engagement and market position.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise insights, thought leadership, strategy, research, brand, communications, or a related field.
• Experience leading primary and secondary research and turning insights into business recommendations.
• Outstanding ability to synthesize research, data, and market intelligence into viewpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aon's enterprise insights agenda and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate research and market intelligence into clear, differentiated perspectives.
• Shape and drive Aon's global content strategy and market leadership.
• Partner with global leaders to develop distinctive viewpoints.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to bring thinking to market.
• Ensure content reaches priority audiences across digital, search, and client channels.
