Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Director, Enterprise Insights and Analytics - US Commercial, to lead the North America BIO team. You will shape and manage a cross-functional LEQEMBI Control Tower, integrating insights across Brands, Field, and Digital to drive strategic decisions.

You will partner with analytic teams to translate data into actionable insights and present outcomes to senior leadership. The role requires 10+ years in strategy/analytics within healthcare, a strong pharma operations background,

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, insights, analytics, or similar roles within pharma/healthcare.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency with project management tools to optimize insights structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define and operationalize the Control Tower remit to address key business questions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify market shifts and support strategic goals.
Structure and manage insights-to-action processes with effective feedback loops.
Design processes for gathering, structuring, and disseminating key insights.
Lead agile collaboration forums for Control Tower operations.
Translate data into actionable business strategies and present findings to leadership.
