Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible technology leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, network operations, or related technology teams.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise technology strategies, infrastructure roadmaps, and long-range technology plans.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, backup and recovery systems, identity management, and related infrastructure technologies.
• Experience managing technology budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and service agreements.
• Demonstrated success in leading technology modernization, operational improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting compliance requirements, policy expectations, or regulatory frameworks relevant to enterprise technology environments.
• Commitment to service excellence, operational reliability, security, continuous improvement, and institutional mission support.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise infrastructure services and multi-year capital technology roadmap.
• Lead the Enterprise Infrastructure team, including systems engineering and network services functions.
• Oversee enterprise platforms, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, identity services, backup and recovery systems, and network technologies.
• Guide cloud strategy, migration planning, and adoption initiatives that improve agility and security.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership to strengthen security posture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage infrastructure operating and capital budgets and vendor relationships.
• Promote automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across infrastructure domains.
