Job summary

SolutionHealth is recruiting a Director of Infrastructure Application Services to lead enterprise infrastructure‑aligned application platforms that enable clinical, operational, and analytical capabilities across the organization.

This role oversees reporting platforms (Epic Caboodle, Clarity, Tableau), integrations (Epic Bridges, Rhapsody, Workday), and Epic infrastructure services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as highest-level technical escalation point for domain architects, engineers, analysts, application teams, and stakeholders requiring advanced guidance.
• Provide expert-level technical analysis, recommendations, and design guidance for complex enterprise technology needs without direct people-management or budget ownership responsibilities.
• Apply ITIL, architecture, engineering, security, and service management principles to guide technical decisions and improve reliability and interoperability.
• Serve as the technical architecture authority across clinical systems, imaging and diagnostic systems, business applications, and core infrastructure.
• Translate enterprise and clinical technology strategy into actionable architecture patterns and solution designs.
• Support architecture governance processes, design reviews, standards alignment, and solution validation.
• Balance innovation with operational reliability, cybersecurity, regulatory expectations, and enterprise standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Healthcare / Business
