The Director 1, Corporate Facility Security (Corporate FSO) provides strategic leadership, governance, and oversight of the organization's enterprise Industrial Security Program, ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DCSA requirements, and all applicable U.S. Government security regulations. Serving as the designated Corporate Facility Security Officer, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving corporate security policies, procedures, and compliance programs that protect classified information, personnel, facilities, and critical assets across the enterprise. The incumbent serves as the company's principal authority on industrial security matters and partners with senior leadership, government customers, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), prime contractors, subcontractors, and internal business stakeholders to ensure mission success while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The Director 1, Corporate FSO leads enterprise-wide Industrial Security operations, including personnel security, physical security, classified document control, visitor control, security education, and security compliance programs, while fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000.00 - $320,000.00
