Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Director 1, Corporate Facility Security to lead the enterprise Industrial Security Program. You will ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and federal regulations, while serving as the Corporate FSO across multiple facilities and programs.

Qualifications

• FSO certification within 6 months of hire.
• Active US Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Corporate Facility Security Officer with enterprise Industrial Security Program responsibility.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures aligned with government requirements.
• Lead personnel and physical security operations, including clearance management and visitor control.
• Direct security self-inspections, audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
