• Deep expertise in Identity lifecycle management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA); Non-Human Identity (NHI) strategy; Privileged Access Management (PAM); Authentication and authorization; Zero Trust principles.

Sentara Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Identity and Digital Trust to lead the continued growth and increasing complexity of its Identity Program. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in a healthcare environment. The Director will build scalable, automated, and policy-driven programs that reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and enable secure digital transformation.

Education: Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or 10 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 5 years of relevant leadership in enterprise environment (Required) This role requires deep expertise in: Identity lifecycle management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Non-Human Identity (NHI) strategy Privileged Access Management (PAM) Authentication and authorization Zero Trust principles aligned with NIST and recognized cybersecurity frameworks Proven success in leading team transformations Strong Project Management and Communication Skills.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $202,030.40 - $322,275.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
