Qualifications

• 7+ years in freight brokerage, transportation, or 3PL with leadership experience.
• Experience in carrier procurement, customer pricing, and brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, day-to-day operations, and development of enterprise freight brokerage.
• Oversee brokered freight execution and maintain consistent processes and controls.
• Develop pricing strategies for dry van, flatbed, and related freight.
• Use data and market intelligence to support competitive pricing and profitability.
• Oversee carrier procurement, qualification, onboarding, and performance management.
