Bose Corporation, based in Framingham, MA, is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, performance management, and executive reporting. You will own the AOP, multi-year planning, and monthly/board reporting, partnering with CFO and CEO to translate results into strategic actions.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong financial storytelling, and collaboration across finance, IT, and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Experience leading company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.
• Capital allocation knowledge with Treasury involvement.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated monthly and annual FP&A close and performance management.
• Own executive and Board financial reporting.
• Lead AOP and three-year planning processes.
• Partner with BU FP&A leaders to consolidate forecasts.
• Develop enterprise-wide KPIs and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to improve data integrity and automation.
• Support corporate strategy with scenario modeling and analyses.
