Bose Corporation is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, performance reporting, and strategic finance. You will own the annual operating plan and three-year view, and craft executive materials for the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders.

In this role you will partner with business units to consolidate forecasts, translate numbers into actionable insights, and drive data integrity, automation, and a strong finance culture across Bose.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Experience presenting to C-suite with clear insights.
• Experience capital allocation and finance partnership at corporate level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consolidated FP&A close and performance management across the enterprise.
• Own executive and Board financial reporting materials for leadership.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and three-year financial planning.
• Partner with business units to consolidate forecasts and challenge assumptions.
• Provide leadership to the Corporate FP&A team.
• Develop enterprise KPIs and enterprise reporting standards.
• Drive FP&A systems, automation, and data integrity improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month/quarter/year-end processes.
