OhioHealth is seeking a Director of Digital Network Communications to lead strategy and operations for communications technologies supporting patient care and business operations across a large health system.

You will oversee enterprise voice, AV and collaboration platforms, DAS, private 5G/LTE, and in-building cellular systems, ensuring reliability, security, and high availability in a 16-hospital system with 250+ care sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Field of Study: Business Administration
• Field of Study: Computer Science
• Years of Experience: 8+

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering teams and develop talent pipelines.
• Define and maintain strategic roadmaps for network/telecom domains.
• Oversee design, build and deployment of infrastructure upgrades and refreshes.
• Manage engineering projects portfolio and ensure on-time delivery.
• Direct capital budgets, select vendors, and manage contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including information security and clinical operations.
