Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Director to define and lead an enterprise data products and decision intelligence COE. You will shape data sourcing, modeling and activation to enable predictive and AI-driven decisions at scale across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in data/analytics, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience building or leading a Center of Excellence or similar enterprise capability.
• Proven track record scaling enterprise data products or data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and roadmaps for enterprise data products and decision intelligence.
• Establish and lead the COE, including charter, operating model, funding, and success metrics.
• Lead intake, prioritization of demand; communicate trade-offs to executives.
• Own the enterprise data product portfolio from ideation through deployment and retirement.
