Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Director for the Enterprise Data Products & Decision Intelligence COE to define and lead the enterprise data products strategy. You will establish standards, operating model, and governance to scale reusable data products powering analytics and AI.

Collaborating with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and more, you will drive data sourcing, modeling and activation from descriptive to prescriptive decisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in data engineering, BI, analytics or data management with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of data product management, data contracts, lifecycle, and value measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products and decision intelligence.
• Establish and lead the COE, including charter, operating model, funding and success metrics.
• Lead intake, qualification and prioritization of enterprise demand; communicate trade-offs to executives.
• Define business cases, benefits and value measures for data investments and report progress to senior leadership.
• Own the enterprise data product portfolio from ideation through deployment and retirement.
• Scale enterprise data foundations and governed data products across functions.
• Set data product standards, ownership, SLAs and data contracts.
• Promote reuse of certified data products and manage partnerships with governance and security.
