Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Director, Enterprise Data Products & Decision Intelligence COE to define and lead the enterprise data product strategy, governance and scalable BI/AI capabilities across functions from Supply Chain to Finance.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product management to turn enterprise data into trusted, certified products powering analytics, AI, and decision-making at scale. Illinois-based, on-site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, BI, analytics or data management with leadership experience.
• Experience building or leading a Center of Excellence or enterprise capability.
• Proven ability to own and scale enterprise data products or data platforms.
• Experience managing delivery partners and service integrators.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products and decision intelligence.
• Lead the COE, including charter, operating model, funding and success metrics.
• Drive data product standards, data governance, SLAs and certification criteria.
• Lead evolution from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Promote adoption through change management and training.
