Job summary

Greystar is seeking a seasoned advisor to oversee enterprise compliance, data privacy, and information security. You will guide regulatory strategy, navigate complex laws, and enable business growth through prudent risk management.

You will translate legal requirements into actionable business guidance, lead audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and protect sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in corporate compliance, data privacy, and/or cybersecurity.
• Experience building or scaling a compliance program.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate compliance program and training.
• Advise on privacy laws and manage DPAs and data mapping.
• Oversee cybersecurity obligations and collaborate with IT/security teams.
