Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking a senior information security leader to drive a comprehensive program across the enterprise. You will shape the security strategy, manage budgets, and coordinate with legal, privacy, and business stakeholders to protect critical assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires global oversight experience, strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy laws, and the ability to align security with business objectives in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in risk management, information security, IT/OT security.
• Knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, NIST 800-53, and CSF frameworks.
• Experience managing a global organization.
• Understanding of regional privacy considerations.
• Up-to-date GDPR and US privacy knowledge.
• Degree in business or technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the information security function across the company.
• Determines the information security approach in consultation with stakeholders.
• Manages the budget for the information security function.
• Develops and monitors a strategic information security program.
• Creates a risk-based control framework aligned with laws and standards.
• Maintains information security policies, standards and guidelines.
• Provides metrics/reporting on program efficiency and maturity.
• Collaborates with the data privacy officer on privacy requirements.
• Ensures security is embedded in project delivery processes.
• Oversees vendor and third-party risk management.
• Coordinates incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Liaises with Legal on data protection strategy.
