Job summary

Capital One seeks a Director of Product Management for Enterprise Collaboration to lead a team of PMs shaping our collaboration ecosystem and bringing AI-powered experiences to the tools used by over 100,000 associates.

You will own three primary areas: Virtual Meeting Collaboration, Salesforce Platform, and AI Prototyping & Publishing with Capital One Pages, driving scalable, user-friendly solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers with a focus on enterprise collaboration.
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Virtual Meeting Collaboration, Salesforce Platform, and AI Prototyping & Publishing.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Design, Risk, and Cybersecurity leaders to translate strategy into execution at enterprise scale.
