Job summary

Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Director of Product Management for the Associate Experience Workplace Experience Platform. You will own the platform, connecting internal data and workflows to tools like intranet, Slack, and AI assistants, with governance and scalable plug-in capabilities.

You will lead a cross-functional team, define a three-phase roadmap, and drive adoption of intranet/web/mobile platforms through enablement programs, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data/ML, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience with generative AI products (Claude, Gemini, Glean, etc.).
Experience establishing agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration protocols.
Track record in defining long-term digital strategy, roadmap prioritization, and governance standards to manage risk.
Experience leading product management teams, mentoring senior-level direct reports.
Strong liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML, and senior leadership.
Experience developing user enablement programs and standardizing interaction patterns for emerging technologies.
