Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Director of Enterprise Transformation Enablement to drive enterprise change, organization design, and work redesign across the business. You will design playbooks, frameworks, and tools with HR and business leaders, shifting from episodic change to a sustained capability and aligning human + machine work.

The role requires collaboration across HR, business leaders, and functional groups, developing scalable assets and measuring adoption while leading a team of transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational design/effectiveness, transformation, or organizational development in a large, matrixed organization.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and organizational design principles.
• Experience redesigning work, roles, and processes—including AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to build enterprise standards, playbooks, and tools executed by HRBPs and leaders.
• Strong data analytics to measure adoption, benefits, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise change management strategy, standards, and governance for the transformation portfolio.
• Develop enterprise organizational design standards, processes, and governance.
• Lead work redesign for AI, automation, and agentic capabilities across the enterprise.
• Build enterprise capability by enabling HRBPs and leaders through training and assets.
• Measure adoption, governance, and ROI with data-driven insights.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Transformation Enablement team.
