Feeding America seeks a Director, Capacity Building Services to lead the enterprise-wide Capacity Building Way of Working, ensuring teams have the tools, processes, resources, and support to deliver high-quality capacity-building services across the network.

The role partners with the Vice President to design capability continuums, develop integrated plans, and embed best practices into enterprise processes, driving sustained organizational impact.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, consulting, strategy, capacity building, learning and development, or related fields.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise-wide Capacity Building Way of Working and set standards, tools, and processes.
• Partner with leaders to design capacity-building strategies and services.
• Drive adoption through training, coaching, and change management.
