Job summary

Feeding America is seeking an accomplished executive to lead strategic planning, governance, and enterprise-wide initiatives as the Chief Executive Officer.

You will partner with the President & CEO, the board, and senior leaders to drive organizational priorities, measure performance, and communicate the vision to staff, partners and donors, while strengthening collaboration and accountability across the network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level materials.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority across functions.
• Experience developing presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Execution: oversee enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Executive Team Coordination: facilitate meetings, align programs and ensure follow-through.
• Board Support: assist preparing materials and updates for board and committees.
• Office of the President & CEO Support: research, briefing materials, executive correspondence.
• Organizational Culture & Stakeholder Engagement: promote values, collaboration and change communication.
