Job summary

Square Enix West in Los Angeles leads the Business Systems function, ensuring enterprise applications are reliable, secure and cost-effective. This role oversees strategy, governance and operations for a portfolio including ERP and related financial systems.

The Director translates business priorities into a practical systems roadmap, manages budgets and supplier relationships, and ensures a sustainable transition of new capabilities into support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Enterprise Applications and ERP portfolios.
• Strong leadership and succession planning capabilities.
• Experience with budgets and supplier management.
• Knowledge of cloud/SaaS operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Systems team and develop objectives.
• Drive the roadmap balancing operational, compliance and strategic demand.
• Oversee application lifecycle, upgrades and transitions to support.
• Manage vendor relationships and service performance.
• Ensure security, controls and audit readiness.
