Job summary

Federal Reserve System is seeking an Assistant Director/Deputy Associate Director of Business Intelligence in Washington, DC. You will lead data governance, enterprise analytics, and reporting programs across the Supervision function, ensuring secure, scalable data practices and actionable insights for leadership.

The role requires strategic collaboration with senior leaders, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven intelligence to support prudent policymaking and risk

Qualifications

• 10 years leading data strategy, analytics, reporting or governance.
• Consolidation of data governance frameworks in a complex enterprise.
• Partnering with senior leadership to drive BI sharing and unified data strategies.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data architecture and lifecycles.
• Translate complex data systems into strategic insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Direct the data strategy, analytics, reporting, and governance for the Supervision function.
• Integrate CEP and CDP into a cohesive data ecosystem.
• Replace bespoke legacy data programs with enterprise-grade solutions.
• Oversee Data Insights & Reporting team to deliver analytics for examiners.
• Expand enterprise reporting for data-driven insights across leadership.
