Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, digital transformation, or leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading architects, engineers, or technical teams directly or through a matrix organization.
• Proven success developing enterprise technology strategies, governance frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across applications, cloud, data, integration, and processes.
• Strong ability to align technology investments with business objectives and communicate with executives.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and prioritize initiatives.
• Demonstrated success simplifying complex technology environments and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the enterprise technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on technology investments, transformation initiatives, risk management, and business capabilities.
• Lead enterprise modernization across applications, cloud platforms, data, AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities delivering business value and competitive advantage.
• Establish success metrics and measure the impact of technology investments and architectural decisions.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture review processes to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with long-term objectives.
• Drive simplification to reduce complexity and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Guide lifecycle management, platform rationalization, and modernization strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into technology capabilities and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through standardization, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and decision making for alignment between business and technology teams.
• Communicate complex concepts in clear business terms.
• Establish strategies and roadmaps for enterprise applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet current and future needs.
• Promote reusable, scalable designs that enable growth and innovation.
