Job summary

AnovoRx Holdings LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Director Enterprise Architect to own end-to-end architecture for the Aperture platform, Anovo's core data and reporting environment. You will set technical direction across a modern cloud-native stack and act as the primary architectural authority for how Aperture is built, deployed, and scaled.

This hands-on leadership role requires designing and governing solutions on AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, GitOps via Argo CD, .NET/React, and PostgreSQL, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in software/enterprise architecture roles owning end-to-end production platforms.
• Proven experience architecting cloud-native apps on AWS at production scale.
• Experience guiding full-stack teams across app, data, and infra.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/pharmacy environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and roadmap for the Aperture platform across app, data, and infra.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and coding practices for .NET/React stack.
• Design data architecture on PostgreSQL including schema strategy and performance.
• Govern AWS cloud environment, including EKS/Kubernetes design, networking, scaling, cost.
• Own GitOps deployment with Argo CD; ensure auditable releases.
• Establish CI/CD standards within Bitbucket to support high-quality delivery.
• Design identity/ access architecture using Microsoft Entra for secure auth.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and make build-vs-buy recommendations.
• Lead architecture reviews, document ADRs, mentor engineers on best practices.
• Ensure security/compliance for a HIPAA-regulated environment.
• Own capacity planning, performance, and disaster recovery strategy.
