Anovo is seeking a Director Enterprise Architect in Memphis, TN to own end-to-end architecture for the Aperture platform, including application, data, infrastructure, and security across a modern cloud-native stack.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural governance, partnering with engineering, data analytics, and IT leadership to ensure scalable, compliant delivery and reliable operation of a specialty pharmacy data and reporting environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 10+ years in software/enterprise architecture roles
• Proven experience architecting cloud-native applications on AWS at production scale
• Track record of setting technical direction across full-stack teams
• Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare/pharmacy) preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture and technical roadmap for the Aperture platform
• Define and enforce architecture standards and coding practices
• Design and evolve PostgreSQL data architecture
• Architect and govern AWS cloud environment (EKS, networking, scaling, cost)
• Own GitOps deployment model using Argo CD
• Establish branching and CI/CD standards in Bitbucket
• Design identity and access architecture using Microsoft Entra
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Evaluate new technologies and patterns; advise build-vs-buy
• Lead architecture reviews and document ADRs; mentor engineers
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability for sensitive data
• Own capacity planning, performance, and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with SI partner to align architecture direction
• Attend regularly; perform other duties as assigned
