Job summary

AnovoRx Holdings LLC in Memphis is seeking a Senior leader to own data, analytics and AI strategy, shaping architecture, governance and operating model across the company. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with executives to turn data into strategic value for patient care, client service and growth.

The role includes defining the enterprise analytics roadmap, building scalable data products, and ensuring compliant data handling.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
Proven experience designing and owning enterprise data architecture on AWS and PostgreSQL.
Strong executive communication skills, with ability to turn business questions into measurable KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning data engineering, data architecture, analytics and data science.
Define and drive the enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities.
Own the end-to-end data architecture for the Aperture platform, including data models, pipelines, storage, integration, and reporting layers.
Partner with executives to identify opportunities where data, analytics and AI can improve revenue, client value and patient outcomes.
Define, track, and publish KPIs, and oversee executive dashboards in Power BI.
