Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture & Technology to establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture function for one of our enterprise clients. This role defines the technology roadmap, governance, and architecture standards, translating strategy into actionable initiatives while shaping the AI strategy and governance for productivity tools and emerging capabilities.

You will partner with senior technology and business leaders, drive multi-year modernization programs,

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture or related technology leadership.
Experience building or maturing an EA function with governance, standards, principles, roadmaps and operating models.
Proven ownership of portfolio strategy and application rationalization including evaluating applications based on TCO, value, risk, and licensing.
Strong executive presence to influence senior technology and business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and mature the Enterprise Architecture framework, governance, roadmaps, and operating model.
Lead technology modernization programs and platform transformations across the enterprise.
Partner with senior technology and business leaders to translate strategy into tangible initiatives.
Establish governance around emerging AI development practices and productivity tools.
Possibly build a small team of architects/analysts as the function grows.
