Job summary

Fastly seeks a Director of Enterprise Architecture, Automation and Integration to connect business processes with technology execution across Go-to-Market and Financial systems.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team, drive data governance, and advance automation and AI strategies while ensuring secure, scalable enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Integrations, Automation, or Business Technology, preferably in SaaS.
• 5+ years leading technical teams/managers.
• Proven experience designing and managing cross-functional data pipelines (Lead-to-Cash, Usage-to-Billing).
• Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office ecosystems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa).
• Experience writing governance policies, guardrails, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
• Excellent communication with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Deep understanding of API management, iPaaS, and RPA.

Responsibilities

• Participates with senior management to set strategic plans and 18–36 month roadmaps.
• Owns implementation decisions and ensures operational effectiveness.
• Translates business strategy into EAAI plans across the org.
• Accountable for budgets and cross-department impact.
• Interacts with executives to negotiate and align stakeholder views.
• Directs EAAI teams to develop new integration methods and automation.
