Job summary

Columbus State University is seeking a Director of Application & Data Services to provide leadership for enterprise application management and data architecture. This role manages the Banner ERP ecosystem and collaborates with various stakeholders while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, seven years of experience in IT, including supervisory roles, and expertise in managing enterprise applications like Banner and PeopleSoft. A Master’s degree and experience in higher education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or data management required.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in information technology and at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in managing enterprise applications in a complex environment required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the administration and integration of central campus information systems.
• Maintain the university's data architecture and data quality standards.
• Supervise and develop application and data services staff.
• Provide leadership for institutional analytics and reporting.
• Contribute to departmental budgeting and strategic planning activities.
