Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking an IT Director, Enterprise Applications in Morris Plains, NJ. The role leads strategy, delivery, governance, and modernization of enterprise apps for HR, Legal, and HSE, including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a hybrid work schedule.

You will drive secure, compliant, and scalable solutions, partner with executive leaders, manage internal teams and external partners, and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting large‑scale SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and MSPs.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications (HR, Legal, HSE).
• Lead a high‑performing, inclusive team.
• Oversee lifecycle management of HCM, Legal, Compliance, Risk, EHS platforms."
• Establish governance, SLAs, KPIs, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure integration with ERP, data platforms, and downstream systems.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and compliance (SOX, privacy).
