Job summary

Perform Properties seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications in the United States, NY region, to lead Leasing, Finance, and Tenant Engagement platforms. You will govern roadmaps, enable AI-driven automation, and ensure data-driven decisions across Salesforce, VTS, MRI, Yardi, Cove, and more.

This in-office role reports to the CTO and requires building and guiding cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes reducing coordination tax, accelerating time-to-productivity, and expanding AI

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading Enterprise Application (CRM, ERP) management, implementation and / or operations teams.
• 3-5 years managing agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• 1-3 years managing people (direct reports).
• Demonstrable success delivering platform implementations for CRE Leasing platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, VTS Leasing, Yardi Deal Manager).
• Demonstrable success delivering platform implementations for Property Accounting platforms (MRI, Yardi).
• Demonstrable success launching Tenant Engagement platforms (Cove, VTS Rise).
• Working knowledge of data integration patterns and middleware (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake).
• Experience driving AI-enabled automation and MCP interaction with enterprise platforms (Claude, Copilot, Salesforce Flow, Yardi RPA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant tertiary education

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy & roadmap across Leasing, Finance, and Tenant Engagement platforms to actively reduce our Coordination Tax.
• Drive Configuration, Integration & Enablement initiatives that reduce Time-to-Productivity.
• Champion AI, Automation & Agentic capabilities across Enterprise Applications to reduce Time-to-Insight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners & vendors to drive cost-effective, value-driven investment in platforms.
• Model the successful use of AI as a capabilities extension, not a gimmick.
• Grow individuals & teams of technologists in the Enterprise Applications space as their leader.
