You’ll manage vendors and lead a capable team, with real estate experience preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.

Director, Enterprise Applications - Real Estate Investment Firm - Up to $250,000 base

You get to shape how a PE-backed real estate investment firm runs its enterprise technology stack, reporting directly to the CTO.

This firm holds some of the most iconic commercial assets in the US, spanning retail, office, and beyond. The portfolio is serious, the backing is serious, and the technology ambitions match both.

You own the enterprise applications function. That means ERP, CRM, and the systems that keep a complex, high-value business running at scale. You are not maintaining the status quo here. You are modernizing, optimizing, and leading a team that actually gets things done.

AI is not a buzzword in this role. You will be driving real implementation, finding the places where intelligent tooling creates genuine efficiency, and making it happen. The CTO wants a partner who thinks practically about AI and moves fast.

Your team looks to you but you are not a pure people manager. You bring structure, direction, and the ability to develop people while keeping the work moving and rolling up your sleeves when necessary. You also manage vendor relationships with the kind of confidence that comes from knowing exactly what your organization needs and holding partners accountable to it.

The base salary goes up to $250k, with a bonus on top and a full benefits package.

You have hands‑on experience with ERP and CRM platforms at an enterprise level. You have led people, managed vendors, and you have done real work implementing AI solutions in a business context. This is a director‑level seat and you carry yourself like one. Real estate experience highly preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.

This role is mandatory 5 days per week in the NYC office, contributing to a culture that values presence and momentum.
