This hands‑on build-and‑run leadership role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Service and Finance while leading a multidisciplinary applications team. We would love to speak with you if you bring strong practical experience across Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite and connected commercial and Finance applications, including delivery in a major implementation, separation, consolidation or business‑systems transformation environment.

  • At least 10 years of relevant enterprise applications experience.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing application teams, platforms, major programs or systems integrators.
  • Experience owning a portfolio that includes CRM, ERP and connected business applications, with strong practical experience in Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience managing commercial and sales technologies beyond the core CRM platform.
  • Experience leading a major implementation, separation, consolidation or business‑systems transformation.
  • Strong understanding of lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
  • Experience with integrations, master data, data migration, controls, testing and production support.
  • It would be great if you also had . . . Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteScript or workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations and applications supporting marketing, sales engagement, contracting, customer success, sales enablement, procurement, tax, treasury, payments, consolidation or reporting.
  • Corporate carve‑out, separation or TSA exit experience, including establishing an internal application operating model after an SI‑led implementation.
  • Understanding of financial controls, segregation of duties and audit requirements.
  • Proven ability to work with senior Sales and Finance stakeholders and hold implementation partners accountable.
What will you be doing in this role?
  • Enterprise application leadership: Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance and operational performance of commercial, ERP and Finance applications, translating business priorities into executable plans and reducing unnecessary customization, duplication and complexity.
  • Commercial and sales systems: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Service to improve lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, renewals and customer‑support processes across Salesforce and the wider commercial technology ecosystem.
  • ERP and Finance applications: Lead the implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle NetSuite and the applications supporting procurement, expenses, tax, treasury, payments, consolidation, planning, commissions, audit and financial reporting.
  • Integration, data and reporting: Own functional outcomes across Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations, establish clear systems of record and ensure migration, reconciliation, reporting and business sign-off are built into delivery plans.
  • Delivery and operational stability: Lead design, configuration, development, migration, testing, cutover, hypercare and operational handover while protecting customer continuity, revenue operations and financial control.
  • Team and partner leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary applications team, build sustainable internal capability and manage implementation partners, budgets, licensing, statements of work and resource plans.
About the Team
