MetLife is seeking a Director, AI Tools Deployment at Scale to lead how AI tools are deployed across the organization. The role is hands-on, embedded, and requires strong strategic thinking, execution, and executive presence to influence across a matrixed company.

Hybrid work with extensive collaboration and measurable productivity gains is central to success. Location is Cary, NC, with a salary range of $128,800–$171,700 and annual incentives potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in management consulting, product management, corporate strategy, business transformation, finance, or related roles.
• Proficiency using and experimenting with a wide variety of personal AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Embed with USB teams to observe workflows and build a pipeline of AI use cases.
• Co-develop AI solutions with end users and scale proven wins.
• Champion AI adoption and fluency across teams; share best practices.
• Partner with Technology, Data, and Risk to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
