Job summary

MetLife, the nation’s leading non-medical carrier, seeks a Director of AI Tools Deployment at Scale to drive adoption of AI tools across USB teams and workflows. You will observe processes, co-develop AI solutions, and measure impact, influencing senior leaders in a highly matrixed organization.

You'll bring hands-on experience deploying AI at scale, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to deliver measurable performance gains while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in management consulting, product management, corporate strategy, or related roles.
Experience using a wide range of personal AI tools.
Experience building AI-powered solutions and apps.
Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to embed AI into team workflows and leverage data insights.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Embed with teams to observe workflows and build AI-use case pipeline.
Co-develop AI solutions with end users and scale wins.
Champion AI adoption across teams and share best practices with strategy teams.
