Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AI Digital Product Sr Manager to lead the Enterprise Agentic Platform strategy within Enterprise AI & Data Science. You will own the development of a secure, cloud-native platform that enables AI engineers and data scientists to build, deploy, govern, and scale enterprise AI agents, delivering reusable services, SDKs, APIs, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading products, defining roadmaps and measuring success.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-native software platforms and collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
• Advanced degree or extensive equivalent experience in product/AI/Information/Tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for Enterprise Agentic Platform; drive evolution of reusable platform capabilities.
• Champion developer experience with reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, and tooling.
• Scale AI initiatives from discovery to enterprise adoption; manage platform health and metrics.
• Drive Responsible AI governance and security in partnership with stakeholders.
