Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years leading engineering, delivery, or platform teams.
• Proven people-leadership track record: hiring, coaching, and scaling blended internal/contractor teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of budgets, licensing/SOWs, and technology cost governance.
• Strong architecture fluency across APIs, enterprise integration, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern application development.
• Experience partnering with senior business and C-suite stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers and contractors; set operating model and standards.
• Own CIO FDE portfolio, prioritize use cases, and manage intake governance.
• Define enterprise AI and agentic platform strategy and architecture direction.
• Own budget, licensing, and cloud/AI consumption governance with cost transparency.
• Engage with C-suite and business leads; translate strategy into an agentic roadmap.
• Ensure production readiness, security, observability, and operational runbooks for agents.
