Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-driven platforms in production.
• Strong fluency with Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI platform concepts and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for the AI-driven silicon design platform.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering org.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, security, and performance.
• Establish and govern MLOps standards and model lifecycle management.
• Interface with executive leadership and customers to communicate strategy and risk.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and vendor evaluations.
