Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Senior Director of AI & Data Solutions to translate business priorities into enterprise AI and data capabilities. You will define the enterprise AI roadmap, own end-to-end delivery, and ensure AI and data solutions are embedded into real workflows with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, analytics, cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams across AI, data, analytics.
• Knowledge of information architecture, data governance, master data management.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Leadership experience across AI, data, analytics, product, architecture or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Catalent's enterprise AI and data roadmap with prioritized use cases.
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-value AI, data, and analytics solutions from discovery to value tracking.
• Embed AI/data solutions into real business workflows with adoption plans and measurable criteria.
• Build reusable solution patterns, platforms and delivery methods to scale capabilities.
• Establish and oversee enterprise AI governance for quality, security, privacy and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing AI and Data organization with cross-functional partnerships.
