Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of a global food retailer, seeks a Director of Data Science to lead AI strategy, delivery, and adoption across the enterprise. The role is based in Quincy, MA with a hybrid schedule that includes 3 in-person days and 2 remote days.

You will guide ML, GenAI, and predictive models, collaborating with technology and business teams to scale solutions, ensure governance and security, and realize measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML or analytics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Strong understanding of model lifecycle and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI solution delivery and execution.
• Manage development of ML, GenAI, and predictive models.
• Support scaling of AI solutions and use cases across business functions.
• Implement AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and performance management.
