The position requires 12+ years in AI/ML or analytics with 3+ years of leadership, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong governance and lifecycle management expertise. Hybrid work with core locations in Chicago and Quincy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML or analytics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Strong understanding of model lifecycle and performance management.
